Matt Daum
CHIEF TECHNOLOGY OFFICER
Matt is a talented software [integration] engineer and an entrepreneur. He can make two (or more) disparate systems play super nice. He’s currently the CEO of Setfive, and the CTO for The Venti Group.
Hailing from Grosse Pointe, Michigan, Matt attended Tufts University, he holds a BA in Computer Science.
Megan Munroe
CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER
Megan brings an exhaustive list of accomplishments in the Development Operations space. She spent 14 productive years at Boston Children’s Hospital Trust, which includes a major role in the Raiser’s Edge to BBCRM systems implementation. Megan brings a wealth of RE, LO and BBCRM systems knowledge to the Venti Team!
Megan holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Vermont and a Master of Science from Northeastern University.
Christin Veasley
CHIEF FOUNDATIONS OFFICER
Christin brings 20 years of experience with all aspects of development and management of nonprofit organizations, including board development/management, strategic organizational planning, fundraising, budget development and oversight, program development and oversight, and grant writing and reporting.
She holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and spent time conducting basic and clinical neuroscience research at Johns Hopkins Medical School.
Ethridge King
FOUNDER & CEO
Ethridge has 18 years of experience leading Development Services Operations at Boston University, Harvard University, and Boston Children’s Hospital. His experience includes systems implementation, data conversions, strategic planning, budgeting, process improvement, event planning, gift recording, reporting, data and systems management.
Ethridge holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Boston University in Finance and a MBA from Boston University’s Questrom School of Business.
Nikki Thakkar
CONSULTANT
Nikki brings an abundance of passion and perseverance to our team. She’s worked with a variety of clients including Universities, Churches and other non-profit organizations. Nikki holds a Master’s degree in Accounting from Gujarat University, India.
Astrid King
Finance Consultant
Astrid brings over 20 years of experience in financial planning and analyses, accounting and reporting, sponsored research, gift accounting, implementing strong internal controls, with a solid understanding of the basic frameworks of Uniform Guidance; A-133 based audit experience as well as financial statement audits, including State (Mass PC) and Federal tax reporting (990).
Most recently Astrid served as the founding Director and Controller of Finance for the Wyss Institute at Harvard.
Astrid holds a Bachelor’s degree from Northeastern University and an MBA from Simmons School of Management.
Glenda Feliciano
CONSULTANT
Glenda brings a wealth of Raiser’s Edge expertise to The Venti Group. She has over 25 years of experience working for various non-profits, just to name a couple, The Winsor School and Boston Children’s Hospital Trust. Glenda is a data rock star, she’s highly skilled at data management, documenting procedures within various Blackbaud platforms, training on best practices, and reporting.
